Your Role with Us:

• As a strategic partner to our executive team, you’ll play a key role in building and scaling the Data Analytics function at Nelly from the ground up. With a mix of hands-on execution and strategic foresight, you’ll help shape the analytical backbone of the company. You’ll be instrumental in driving data-driven decision-making across planning, monitoring, and reporting – enabling sustainable growth and reinforcing our position as a disruptor in FinTech and HealthTech
• Establish monitorings, early warning indicators and reportings to track key metrics and identify trends
• Preparation of and responsibility for reports requested by financial authorities
• Calculate key performance indicators and financial analyses to support strategic decision-making
• Drive the data based setup and enhancement of scoring models for medical practices and patients, utilizing data analysis techniques
• Conduct scoring validations and backtest assumptions to improve accuracy and reliability
• Establishing innovative methodologies and frameworks to build a best-in-class Data Analytics function

What you'll bring

• We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager Data Analytics who is not only highly skilled but also thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Min. 5 years of proven experience in a Data Analytics Manager position within a high-growth startup or scale-up (ideally in Banking or FinTech)
• Deep expertise in Data Analytics for Banking, Factoring and/or Lending products
• Expertise knowledge in SQL, Python, Git and Data-Visualization-Tools like Tableau - Cloud Data Platforms like Snowflake and Data Modeling Tools are a plus
• A hands-on, pragmatic approach and ability to dive into details while keeping an eye on the big picture
• Fluency in English, German is a plus
