Algorithm Developer Team Lead

Mobileye is looking for a skilled and driven Algorithm Team Lead to tackle real-world challenges using cutting-edge Computer Vision and Machine Learning techniques. Our work directly supports Mobileye’s mission to revolutionize autonomous driving and contribute to saving lives.You’ll lead a fast-paced, hands-on team, contributing to the full development cycle—from early research to deploying production-ready solutions—while collaborating with teams across the organization.

What will your job look like:

• Lead and mentor a team of algorithm developers focused on solving complex perception problems.
• Drive the development and implementation of machine learning models for real-world automotive applications.
• Focus on algorithmic development with a strong emphasis on Computer Vision and Image Processing.
• Work with large-scale data to design, train, and evaluate deep learning models.
• Program primarily in Python using modern tools and frameworks.
• Research, prototype, and refine new ideas to address evolving perception challenges.

All you need is:

• B.Sc. in Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Prior experience in a leadership or tech lead role.
• 5+ years of experience in algorithm or model development.
• Proven experience and passion for Computer Vision and Image Processing.
• Strong Python programming skills.
• Experience with PyTorch or similar deep learning frameworks – advantage.
• Experience with PySpark or working with big data – advantage.
• M.Sc. or Ph.D. – advantage
