Job Summary

Tetra Pak Global Information Management sets the information management strategy and standards and works together with Tetra Pak’s Global Process Owners to meet Tetra Pak’s business strategy by determining the future state IT architecture and making sure we run projects & services that provide the greatest value for Tetra Pak and our customers. 
You will join Data Management, Artificial Intelligence & Analytics team, which is accountable for delivery of projects and services pertaining to data management, governance, BI, AI and advanced analytics in collaboration with business stakeholders from all functions. We ensure every project with an IT component is designed in the right way in the organization, adhering to best practises & principles and compliant to regulations & policies. As a trusted partner, we continue to ensure the solution is delivered according to best architecture design and supported by sustainable service model.

What you will do

The intern will work under the guidance of Senior Manager(s) on two major areas: exploring ways for scalable LLM (Large Language Model) solutions for different departmental needs and participate in migration of existing AI solutions to Azure Enterprise Scale framework.  
We are looking for interns who can help us in:

• Understanding the business requirement specific to different business units and finding the optimized ways to deploy reusable model.
• Analysing the existing Python codes used in LLM and other models and recode as necessary for optimization.
• Working with architects, data scientists, data engineers and platform team to fully deploy an improved version of LLM solution.  
• Exploring new ideas for internal process improvements by leveraging on LLM technology, ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot, example:
  • LLM on structured data – expand LLM capability to tap into structured data in database, analytics views, Power BI datasets & etc. to enrich the responses returned to the users. 
  • AI assisted data catalogue - evaluate pre-built AI services to automate data association from data catalogue perspective and enhance data discovery (search) experience by associating artifacts such as data model, metadata, sources and content.
