Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and dynamic Full Stack AI Developer to join our growing team.

As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you'll build new features that transform how creators work and scale our platform to handle thousands more users. You'll be instrumental in helping us reach our next revenue goal within the next six months.

Key Responsibilities

What You'll Do

• Develop and implement new features that 10X our customers' workflows
• Optimize existing code to make our AI faster and more reliable
• Fix bugs before users even notice them
• Collaborate directly with users to understand pain points
• Test new ideas quickly to validate solutions
• Refactor code to improve maintainability as we scale
• Contribute to our technical strategy and architecture decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver innovative solutions.
• Integrate AI capabilities into existing products to enhance functionality.
• Maintain and optimize codebases ensuring high-performance and robust services.
• Participate in code reviews, providing feedback to peers and ensuring quality standards.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest AI technologies and best practices, applying them where appropriate.
• Provide support and troubleshooting expertise to resolve production issues promptly.

Technical Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in full stack development, with a focus on AI and machine learning integration.
• 2+ years of professional experience with:
  Next.js / React.js / Firebase / Supabase / Langchain
• AI LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Grok, etc.)
• Custom API integration
• Understanding and Building "wraps"
• Experience with real-time collaboration tools 
• Understanding of video/audio processing in web applications
• TypeScript proficiency
  
• Strong understanding of containerization (e.g., Docker) and cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to tackle complex challenges.
• Effective communication skills, capable of working collaboratively in a team environment.
