What You Will Do:
- Contribute to process automation solution design and architecture
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of complex software systems
- Develop RPA solution aligned with relevant IT standards and requirements
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including testing and deployment
- Support team members and share knowledge within the organization
- Analyze business requirements and perform system analysis
- Create and maintain documentation
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the solutions remain competitive
What We Expect:
- Advanced knowledge and skills of .NET, JavaScript or Python
- Proven experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) with BluePrism, Robocorp
- Experience in Business Process Management tools (Bizagi, Bonita, Camunda) or Intelligent Automation technologies (Automation Anywhere, OCR, NLP, ML) is a plus
- Strong understanding of APIs and experience integrating RPA bots with web services (REST, JSON)
- Advanced knowledge of different software development methodologies and supporting team of continuity of relevant methodology
- Proven experience and strong knowledge in banking IT solutions is a huge plus
- Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level
