We are looking for a Sr. Data Analyst, FP&A to join Element Fleet Management.   As the largest pure-play fleet manager in the world, we provide unmatched products and services and solutions to our clients.

As the Sr. Data Analyst, FP&A, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining data pipelines, data integration processes, and data infrastructure. You will collaborate closely with FP&A directors and their teams, operational product leaders, analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient data flow and support data-driven decision making across the organization.

A Day in the Life  

  • Design, develop, and maintain data scraping pipelines to extract information from diverse sources such as websites, APIs, databases, and other relevant platforms
  • Implement effective data collection strategies, considering data volume, frequency, and quality
  • Implement data cleaning and transformation processes to enhance data quality and usefulness
  • Build and optimize data pipelines to efficiently process, transform, and load raw data into structured databases
  • Contribute to the development of the overall data strategy, including data acquisition, storage, integration, and analysis, aligned with Commercial FP&A objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data requirements and pipeline improvements
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and communicate insights effectively
  • Develop and implement statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms for the short/long-range forecasts
  • Support the development of Power BI dashboards used by FP&A and Operations teams
  • Document data sources, pipelines, transformations, and processes to ensure knowledge sharing and maintainable data solutions 

Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years of data engineering, data integration, and data warehousing experience
  • Prior experience with SAP, OneStream, and/or Alteryx beneficial, but not required
  • Solid understanding of ETL processes and tools
  • Strong programming skills in Python and SQL
  • Good understanding of data modeling, data architecture, and database design
  • Familiarity with platforms like SQL Server and Snowflake
  • Demonstrated communication skills, including experience presenting to senior-level management, creating dynamic presentations, and ability to work cross-functionally

The hiring base salary range for this position is $76,300 to $104,900 annually. Actual compensation within this range will be dependent upon the individual’s knowledge, skills, experience, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data. Please note that the disclosed salary range is solely for candidates hired to perform work within this geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
