You’ll join a team of experienced engineers and designers building user-focused features powered by modern AI capabilities. Your mission will be to lead the exploration and implementation of AI-driven solutions that enhance content design workflows, personalisation, pipeline recommendations, marketing spend insights and more.

You will have a significant influence on our overall strategy by helping define the features and finding the right models, tools, and frameworks to solve real product challenges. Working with our dedicated Tech, Product and UX teams you’ll take ownership of AI-powered features from concept to production, identifying opportunities to integrate AI across our product, focusing on user experience, visual design, and automation.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Identify opportunities to integrate AI across our product, focusing on user experience, visual design, and automation

Own the prototyping and implementation of AI-powered features using LLMs, embeddings, prompt engineering, and open-source models

Collaborate closely with designers/product team to ensure output is design-conscious, layout-aware, and feels seamless to end users

Work with frontend and backend developers to integrate AI features into production-ready systems

Stay on top of emerging AI tools, APIs, and frameworks—rapidly evaluating and testing what could work for us

Help establish best practices for prompt design, model selection, and AI integration

Provide technical leadership and mentor other engineers interested in the AI space

WHO YOU ARE

You’re a strong software engineer with a creative and product-oriented mindset, a sharp eye for design, who’s deeply curious about AI and how it can unlock better user experiences

You’ve shipped features or tools where AI played a core role using LLMs or other generative AI tools—whether through APIs (like Claude, OpenAI, Gemini) or open-source models

You understand how to structure effective prompts and how to evaluate model outputs for quality and alignment with business needs

You know your way around modern frontend and backend concepts

You enjoy working in cross-functional teams with designers, engineers, and product managers

You can lead projects and mentor others, while still being hands-on with code and prototypes

You’re excited by the opportunity to define how AI fits into a design-led product

Bonus: You’ve worked with tools like LangChain, or vector databases; or have trained/fine-tuned models, though this is not a requirement

The role is based in Slovenia, with the majority of the work done remotely.

WHAT WE OFFER

A super competitive base salary between €45,000 -€65,000 euros (depending on experience).
