Job Description

We are seeking a strategic, hands-on Finance Integrated Data Product Lead to drive the development, management, and continuous evolution of our integrated finance data products. This role is critical to enabling Finance transformation through trusted, accessible, and actionable data across business functions.

You will collaborate with Finance business leaders, data engineers, and analytics professionals to deliver scalable, high-value data products that align with enterprise data architecture and DnA strategy. As a product owner, you will shape the roadmap, lead cross-functional execution, and ensure adoption and value realization from finance data assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle of integrated finance data products

  • Translate business needs into data capabilities, working with Finance SMEs and DnA architects to define product vision, KPIs, and success metrics

  • Prioritize product backlogs and oversee Agile delivery teams in collaboration with data engineers, modelers, and visualization developers

  • Ensure high data quality, governance, and security, partnering with the Data Governance team to define data domains, lineage, and stewardship models

  • Champion self-service analytics through curated data sets, semantic layers, and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)

  • Support integration with enterprise platforms, such as ERP (SAP, Oracle), EPM (Anaplan, OneStream), and Finance Data Lakes/Lakehouses

  • Drive user engagement and training to ensure adoption and business value realization of data products

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years in Data & Analytics, Finance Transformation, or Financial Systems roles, with experience in enterprise-scale data initiatives

  • Proven experience as a data product manager or product owner in a matrixed, Agile environment

  • Strong understanding of finance processes and data, including actuals, budgets, forecasts, cost allocations, and consolidation hierarchies

  • Expertise in modern data architecture, data modeling, and cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, Snowflake, Databricks)

  • Familiarity with data governance frameworks, metadata management, and lineage tools

  • Experience working with visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, and data transformation tools such as DBT, Alteryx, or SQL-based frameworks

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and change leadership skills

  • Experience implementing a finance data lakehouse or integrated finance data hub

  • Working knowledge of ERP/EPM systems integration and financial planning systems

  • Certification in Agile Product Ownership, SAFe, or Scrum is a plus

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field
