proteanTecs is looking for a Senior Verification Engineer to join the ride as we spearhead the next revolution in electronics!

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Electrical/Computer Engineering or equivalent.

• 5+ years of experience as a VLSI Verification Engineer.

• Expertise in SystemVerilog and UVM.

• Strong software development skills and the ability to develop reusable verification components and utilities.

• Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to prioritize and drive verification projects to completion.

• Effective communicator with a structured, detail-oriented approach to problem-solving and collaboration.

Advantages:

• Proficiency in verification management systems (e.g., Verisium Manager).

• Experience in firmware verification, including emulation-based verification on FPGA.

• Familiarity with full-chip level aspects of VLSI verification (reset architecture and sequences, power domains and modes, etc.).

• Experience with Git, Python, code templating methods, and open-source verification workflows.

• Exposure to applying machine learning techniques to verification tasks.

Responsibilities

Own the company’s IP verification plan:

• Define, develop, and oversee code and functional coverage matrices, while providing technical leadership to contributors.
• Collect and analyze coverage reports to sign off IP releases.
• Continuously update the test plan to reflect the fast-evolving feature set.

Own the company’s IP user flows (i.e., “full-chip level” sequence library):

• Maintain a solid understanding of product requirements and IP usage scenarios.
• Collaborate with Architecture, Design, and FW engineers to translate IP   functionality and features into operational user flows.
• Define, develop, and oversee top-level sequences, while providing technical leadership to contributors.
