Infrastructure Services Associate Manager

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, optimize, and maintain automation scripts and playbooks using Ansible.
• Write, test, and maintain Python code for various applications, including automation and AI model development.
• Assist with AI model design, training, and deployment, leveraging the Rasa and Gemini platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to break down complex problems into structured, logical solutions.
• Contribute to DevOps processes, including CI/CD pipeline development and deployment automation.
• Support Unix and Windows system administration tasks as needed.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring systems are efficient, reliable, and secure.
• Stay updated on the latest developments in Ansible, Python, and AI technologies to ensure the organization remains at the forefront of innovation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 4–5 years of relevant professional experience in Ansible, Python, and AI model development.
• Proficiency in breaking down and solving complex problems with structured, logical solutions.
• Experience with AI development platforms, with hands-on experience using Gemini a plus.
• DevOps skills, including CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation, are highly desirable.
• Unix and Windows system administration experience is a plus.
• Relevant certifications in Ansible and Python are a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS and/or Azure).
• Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn).
• Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
