Junior Data Analyst

To support this, we’re looking for a Junior Data Analyst to be based at our Gniezno Production Plant. This person will become part of our international team in driving our digital transformation journey forward.

If you are a skilled individual who is motivated to engage with numbers of data challenges within supply chain in the dominant slope roof window manufacturing company, we might have a match.

Your tasks:

• Design and deliver actionable reports that help the business make informed decisions based on real-time and historical data.
• Continuously identify and suggest improvements to existing dashboards and reports to make them more user friendly and insightful.
• Collaborate with the Digital Product Owner team to ensure high-quality data deliveries during agile sprint executions.
• Prepare process documentation to ensure consistency and knowledge sharing across the team.
• Act as a partner and support for digital transformation projects within supply chain processes.

Key qualifications:

• A keen curiosity and interest in data storytelling - you enjoy finding patterns and insights that help to make better decisions.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience within supply chain or support functions.
• Practical experience building and maintaining dashboards and reports using Power BI or any other visualization tools.
• A keen interest in user experience and understanding of how to design intuitive user interfaces.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
• Willingness to travel for business (approximately 10-20 days annually).
