To support this, we’re looking for a Data Analyst to be based at our Gniezno Production Plant. This person will become part of our international team in contributing to our digital transformation journey forward.
If you are a skilled individual who is motivated to engage with numbers of data challenges within supply chain in the dominant slope roof window manufacturing company, we might have a match.
Your Tasks:
- Collaborate with the Digital Product Owner team to ensure high-quality data deliveries during agile sprint executions.
- Design and deliver actionable dashboards and reports for monitoring and control, based on real time and historical data.
- Identify and analyse data quality issues and make recommendations for long-term remediation to improve data reliability and usability.
- Act as a trusted data advisor for digital transformation projects, offering insights and guidance to the users.
- Take the initiative to recognize, define, and rank data challenges, guaranteeing they are resolved promptly.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams and internal production companies to establish a global, standardized reporting approach that spans from the shop floor to top management level.
- Act as a bridge between data engineers and supply chain processes (production, logistics and quality), supporting the continuous development of data-driven performance.
Key qualifications:
- Degree in Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
- 3-4 years of relevant experience within supply chain or support functions.
- Ability to simplify and communicate complex information, making it understandable for people with various technical backgrounds.
- Proficient analytical skills, with the ability to manage large datasets and present clear, actionable insights using SQL or Python, R.
- Advanced skills in dashboard and report development using Power BI or any other visualization tools.
- Genuine interest in understanding data and telling its story to enable better decision-making.
- Experience in a global organization, especially in supply chain.
- Willingness to travel for business (approximately 20-30 days annually).
