The Digital Strategy Sr Lead spearheads best-in-class digital marketing for the Global Tech Partner (GTP) business. They will take a holistic view of digital touchpoints, as well as executing and optimizing campaigns across our lead-driving owned and paid channels. This role drives growth for partners and customers, leveraging Agentforce, AgentExchange, and AppExchange, focused on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead generation, conversion rates, and revenue growth. This role strategizes and executes testing and optimization work to enhance campaign results and drive more pipeline. Success in this role includes expanding reach, scaling effectively, taking a data-driven approach, and prioritizing automation, and scalable initiatives.

This role executes in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple projects at once, and meeting tight deadlines. The Digital Strategy Sr Lead works in the GTP Experiences Marketing team; reporting to the Senior Director of Partner Experiences, and working closely with the Digital Marketing Director.

Role and Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the end-to-end execution of integrated digital campaigns, including planning, development, launch, optimization, and reporting

  • Continuously monitor and optimize the performance & operations of key digital channels (paid search, paid social, SEO, web, display, social, email, etc.) to maximize cost effeciences and achieve KPIs

  • Manage projects to maintain and enhance web experiences and digital resources

  • Implement and improve upon our current SEO strategy

  • In partnership with stakeholders, develop in-depth content strategy based on keyword research and insights

  • Own and execute on the optimization roadmap for key digital channels

  • Support our data analysts on translating data observations into actionable insights and strategic recommendations

  • Lead management infrastructure and processes to enable our digital channel engine to scale

  • Support partner-facing paid media strategy and execution

  • Using AI to optimize and automate work, including testing and trying new tools

To be successful in this role:
  • 7+ Years of relevant experience operating in a similar capacity

Effective Collaboration and Communication:

  • Serve as a liaison between PMM, web experience managers, digital channel SMEs, and other stakeholders from project conception to launch

  • Proactively reach out and communicate with stakeholders on steps, timelines, and project updates

  • Notify stakeholders about initiatives, validate the asks, and obtain approvals and sign-offs promptly

  • Collaborate and manage agency and vendor relationships

Detail-oriented:

  • Manage content and matrixes

  • Ability to self-organize while adhering to our best practices

  • Keep all your work and resources for projects in the required format, process, and practice provided

Relationship Building:

  • Ensure we are bringing subject-matter expertise to digital channel strategy

  • Continue to build and develop trusted relationships with our stakeholders to strengthen collaboration; support more senior marketers on predefined tasks and projects

  • Contribute positively to team culture; be viewed as a team player

  • Lead team meetings and encourage others to contribute

  • Lead the charge with process improvements, adapting to changes as directed by senior team members

  • Coach, mentor, and educate others

  • Partner with the analytics team to glean insights from digital performance metrics and recommend optimizations

Marketing and Technical Competencies:

  • Define requirements for each digital channel (paid media, SEO, web experiences, email, social, etc.)

  • Learn how marketing functions impact the business, and how the business contributes to the goals of the company

  • Proactively seek out training, development, and growth opportunities to become a marketing leader

  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

  • Proficient in our main tools:

    • SEO: Google Search Console, Semrush, BrightEdge, OnCrawl

    • Web Analytics: GA4, GTM

    • Web Experiences: Wordpress, Salesforce CMS, HTML, Page Builder

    • Paid: SEM, paid social, content syndication, display, OLV, CTV, direct buys

    • Others: Canva, LLMs

For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $155,400 to $213,800.

Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
