We are looking for an experienced, adaptable architect and leader to trail blaze the way for our Integrations Team. This team is responsible for creating and maintaining a high-volume, extensible platform with hundreds of third-party integrations to rapidly expand our datasets and capabilities for audience, measurability, and more. In this role, you’ll need to handle a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a technology stack that handles big data, real-time architecture, and a customer-facing UI to connect various third-party data sources. The ideal candidate will have a robust technical background, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage quick decision-making while fostering a team culture of speed and adaptability.

What You’ll Do:

  • Build, optimize, and maintain the Integrations Platform, a robust, extensible integration architecture capable of supporting hundreds of data connectors - similar to frames seen in Zapier or Segment.
  • Lead the way for a team of Fullstack, Data, and Backend (Java/Kotlin) Engineers, taking the guess work out of how and what to develop
  • Work closely with leadership to identify, prioritize, and build high-impact features.
  • Help shape and enforce processes on the team, ensuring the rapid and high-quality delivery of solutions to meet critical business needs.
  • Ensure smooth coordination of changes across technical and non-technical stakeholders, including internal Engineering and customer support teams
  • Regularly communicate and collaborate with senior leadership, including the CEO, to align on immediate priorities and technical directions.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 10+ years of experience with backend development and API design concepts
  • 3+ years of experience in a software architect or technical leadership role
  • 5+ years of experience with NoSQL databases, SQL databases, distributed storage, and big data systems
  • A solid grasp of modern software development practices (CI/CD frameworks, Agile methodologies, etc.)
  • Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities in a fast-paced environment

Would Be Great If You Have:

  • Familiarity with building or operating systems like Zapier, Segment, MuleSoft, Workato, or similar large-scale integration frameworks.
