Lucid is looking for a talented and data-driven Talent Acquisition Data Analyst Intern to support our recruiting analytics function. This internship is an excellent opportunity for a college junior who is passionate about data and analytics and interested in getting exposure to the People and Talent Acquisition space. You’ll gain hands-on experience working with recruiting data, optimizing operational efficiencies, and delivering meaningful insights to inform hiring decisions. 

This internship is based out of our Headquarters in Newark, CA and offers a hybrid work arrangement. 

Role/Responsibilities: 

• Support recruiting analytics efforts by identifying trends, tracking key metrics, and contributing to process improvements. 

• Conduct data audits and collaborate with recruiters to ensure accuracy and enhance data-driven hiring strategies. 

• Ensure data integrity by working with business owners and resolving inconsistencies. 

• Contribute to automation and reporting enhancement projects to improve efficiency. 

• Learn how to translate data insights into strategic recommendations for hiring teams. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Field(s) of study: Business, data science or a related field (Junior standing preferred). 

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program at an accredited university. 

• Strong analytical skills with an interest in talent acquisition, people analytics, or business intelligence. 

• Basic knowledge of Tableau or other BI/reporting tools (a plus but not required). 

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 
  Strong verbal and written communication skills. 

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. 

Salary Range: The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Lucid reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.   Additional Compensation and Benefits: Lucid offers a wide range of competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, vacation, and 401k. The successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Lucid’s equity program and/or a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing such programs.  (Cash or equity incentive awards, if any, will depend on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and company performance.)Base Pay Range (Annual)$31—$45 USD
