Sr. Data Analyst

Job Description:

Were seeking a highly analytical and detail-driven Senior Data Analyst/Data Scientist to join our data team. In this role, youll transform complex data into clear, actionable insights that directly impact business decisions. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to build insightful visualizations, automate reporting workflows, and contribute to strategic initiativesparticularly in the lending space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze large and complex datasets to uncover trends, identify opportunities, and support strategic planning
• Design and build interactive dashboards and visualizations using Hex to communicate insights across teams
• Translate business questions into data analysis plans and deliverables
• Automate and streamline reporting processes to improve scalability and efficiency
• Collaborate with product, operations, and leadership teams to guide data-driven decisions
• Ensure data quality and consistency across reports and analysis.

Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL for data manipulation and analysis
• Demonstrated experience using Hex to build clear, complex, and insightful visualizations
• Excellent skills in data visualization, with the ability to distill complex datasets into understandable,
• actionable insights
• Experience with automating and replicating reports to support fast-paced analytics workflows
• Solid understanding of statistics, data exploration, and business analysis
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across departments

Preferred:

• Experience in the lending industry or a related financial domain is a significant plus
• Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, AWS)
• Experience with experimentation, A/B testing, or performance analytics
• Exposure to dashboard tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker (in addition to Hex)

Working Conditions:

• Work Arrangement: Hybrid (1x in office- Ortigas)
• Work Schedule: Will adhere to Australian time zone
