Data Analyst Finance and Procurement (F/M/X)

About the role

• Our team, composed of 6 people, is integrated into the Data, Analytics & AI platform (DT) and focuses on the Data Products projects and maintenance in collaboration with Domain Functions and GBUs main stakeholders, DA&AI Technical Experts.
• As a Data Analyst you will be in charge of the Finance and Procurement domains' Data Products (DA&AI solutions) throughout their lifecycle, ensuring they deliver value to the business in alignment with the DA&AI strategy, standards, and constraints.
• You will be accountable for:
• 1/ Build - Initiatives/projects
  • Connecting with the Business to understand the needs (workshops to help the Business define the needs) and challenge the Business requirements to deliver a valuable and sustainable Product
  • coordinating the several phases and activities with the internal Experts to define the workload estimation and Timeline, and with the Product Manager to support with the mandatory validations 
  • During delivery, creating and updating the user stories, managing and prioritizing the backlog, providing the helicopter view on how the Data Product should work, taking feedback into account, validating the (DoD), supporting the squad with all the demands 
• 2/ Run - Data Products (DA&AI solutions)
  • Being the Key point of contact
  • Doing the Functional Analysis of the requests (tickets)
  • Connecting with the Business Application Owners to get the business value, the business validation
  • Supporting the Contract Service team and/or the internal experts with the demands
  • Updating and aligning LeanIX, CMDB
• 3/ Run - End-to-end application life cycle
  • Ensuring regular discussions/meetings/workshops with the Business:
  • to review the portfolio of applications - relevance, accuracy, usage, rationalization, future
  • to define new needs - challenge, assess if new project, ticket
  • to give an update on ongoing demands and collect feedback

• We offer a permanent contract based on a hybrid working model.

About you

• Relevant work experience in Product Management with a focus on Data & Analytics applications.

• Competencies:
  • SAP and Power BI knowledge
  • Fluency in English (French is a plus)
  • Ability to understand Business needs, write functional requirements and technical specifications
  • Critical thinking and Analytical thinking, as well as leadership skills and the Ability to take decisions/initiative
• Behaviors:
  • Empowerment & accountability, being able to be flexible, result-oriented and solving problems
  • Team spirit, building relationships (Interpersonal skills)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technology solutions in business terms

About the pay and benefits

• Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. While the Portugal base pay reasonably expected for this role goes from 40,000 EUR to 50,000 EUR, your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience. Additionally, we provide a competitive total rewards package that includes a bonus and/or other incentives.
