We are seeking a highly skilled Tech Lead (Full Stack Developer) to drive the development of cutting-edge web applications. This role is ideal for a high-level generalist who thrives in both frontend and backend development, working across a diverse tech stack that includes TypeScript, React, WebAssembly, Node.js, and Python.

As a Tech Lead, you will architect, develop, and optimize our applications while mentoring engineers and ensuring best practices. You’ll be at the forefront of web technologies, AI-driven rendering, and 3D experiences, with the flexibility to explore and implement the best tools for the job.

Responsibilities:

• Architect and develop full-stack applications using React, Vite, and TypeScript.
• Build scalable backend services and APIs using Node.js and Python.
• Develop immersive 3D experiences using Three.js and A-Frame (when applicable).
• Collaborate with designers, backend engineers, and DevOps teams.
• Drive technical decision-making and ensure high code quality.
•  Mentor junior developers and promote a culture of learning.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 10+ years of full-stack development experience with modern web technologies.
• Strong expertise in TypeScript, React, and Vite.
• Experience with backend development using Node.js and Python.
• Familiarity with WebAssembly and its asynchronous capabilities.
• Knowledge of asynchronous programming and performance optimizations.
• Experience with AI-driven rendering (Stable Diffusion or similar models).
• Strong problem-solving, leadership, and mentoring skills.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with AWS CDK, Terraform, and cloud infrastructure.
• Knowledge of serverless architectures and DevOps best practices.
• Background in computer graphics, game development, or AR/VR.
• Experience deploying machine learning models.
• Optimize performance and enable next-gen experiences with Async WebAssembly.
