We are seeking a dedicated and experienced manager to join our dynamic team and own development of the Revenue Growth Management (RGM) application. As Senior Manager, Digital Apps - RGM, you will be the crucial link between business stakeholders and our talented development team, responsible for maximizing the value delivered by the team. You will manage the product backlog, guide development priorities, facilitate Agile processes, and ensure the successful evolution of the RGM application.

 

What you'll do

  • Development Team Guidance: Serve as the primary point of contact for the RGM development team regarding requirements clarification and priorities. Ensure the team understands the vision, business context, and user needs behind backlog items.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Lead transparent and consistent communication with business stakeholders, providing regular updates on development progress, sprint goals, release timelines, and potential risks or roadblocks.
  • Requirements Definition & Analysis: Collaborate directly with the RGM business owner and other key stakeholders to gather, analyze, and clearly document requirements for new features and enhancements.
  • Backlog Management & Prioritization: Own, manage, and meticulously prioritize the RGM application's product backlog using Jira, ensuring development tasks align with business objectives and stakeholder needs.
  • Agile Ceremony Facilitation: Lead or actively participate in all Scrum ceremonies for the RGM team, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives, fostering a collaborative and efficient Agile environment.
  • Cross-functional Coordination: Coordinate effectively with related development workstreams, including MLOps and Data Foundation teams, to manage dependencies and ensure seamless integration for RGM application features.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or related field.
  • 10+ years proven experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role within an Agile software development environment.
  • Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Agile methodologies.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in using Jira (or similar Agile management tools) for backlog management, sprint planning, and tracking development progress.
  • Experience working closely with software development teams.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working on applications involving MLOps or complex data pipelines.
  • Experience in the CPG industry, particularly in commercial functions.
  • Technical background or familiarity with software development concepts.
  • Excellent ability to gather and translate business requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage diverse stakeholders.


Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $120,000.00 - $168,500.00 USD

Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.

Benefits: Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements. Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employee's hire date within the calendar year). Paid sick leave is adjusted based on role and location in accordance with local laws. Detailed information regarding paid sick leave entitlements will be provided to employees upon hiring and may be subject to adjustments based on changes in legislation or company policies.
