As part of the Global Business Intelligence (BI) team, the Data Governance Analyst is responsible for delivery of data governance and data analyst support for Cushman and Wakefield’s global business intelligence platform across all service lines and its clients.Job Description
About the Role:Support the Data Governance Lead in implementing and enforcing data governance policies, coordinating with stakeholders, maintaining data quality, and optimizing benchmarking logic for the global BI platform.
Support the Data Governance Team in data analyst activities for the global BI platform, including data mapping, utilizing advanced analytics tools, ensuring data quality, performing data assessments, and resolving data issues.
Drive continuous improvement in data automation and standardization, partner with development teams for BI enhancements, train users on data governance tools, identify dashboard requirements, and provide updates to management.
About You:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related disciplines.
- Preferred experience in Data Governance, Data Quality, or Data Compliance.
- Preferred experience in Data Analyst activities (e.g., data analysis, mapping, cleansing).
- Knowledge of SQL queries and understanding of SQL Server databases.
- Experience with ETL tools, business analytics, and commercial real estate data is a plus.
