  • Creates dashboards that show utilization variances and improvement opportunities across all non-labor expense classes with scenarios modeling savings when top quartile and decile performance is achieved
  • Develops and maintains dashboards tying net savings from contracting (when prices go up and down) and utilization improvement back to the corporate profit and loss statements
  • Models service line volume changes and overall health to inform sourcing strategies
  • Creates predictive/forecasting models supporting inventory management based on internal and external data supporting supply chain resilience
  • Identifies cause/effect relationships from purchasing, clinical and operational data using inference tools
  • Creates training materials, best practice manuals and action plans to purse cost-out initiatives based on analytics
  • Sets, monitors, and maintains the project goals, objectives, limitations, resources and defined stakeholders in a project charter for the governance of the project
  • Perform overall project planning, management operationalization
  • Create and maintain project artifacts, including: project plans, project status reports, project issues and risks, communication plans, education materials and knowledge transfer documentation for multiple projects.
  • Ensure that issues and risks are properly escalated and resolved 
  • Initiate and conduct internal team status meetings, document risks and issues and communicate to the team
  • Facilitate communication and coordination within the project team and other stakeholders 
  • Contributes to projects life-cycle improvement through lessons learned, project archives etc.
  • Ability to engage and carry conversations with the local hospital leadership team; including C-Suite presentations and reporting. 
  • In-depth knowledge of project management methodology, tools and techniques for entire project life-cycle and across all knowledge areas 
  • Presentation and executive communication experience

  • Able to define, collect and document complex business and technical requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required, Computer Science, MIS, or Engineering preferred
  • Ability to use SQL and Python to find relevant data, automate repetitive data management tasks and create predictive models to support inventory management, sourcing activities and scenario planning
  • Competent in building robust and user-friendly dashboard in PowerBI or comparable analytics platform
  • Experience and/or certification in Google BigQuery
  • Experience using common data science methods
  • Ability to understand and anticipate business needs using technical skills
  • Strong action-bias with the ability to adjust and iterate projects to meet the changing needs of the business
