Job Summary

Support the ongoing Digitalization strategic initiative outset by Global Supply Chain by executing, documenting, and tracking various project tasks

Job Responsibilities

Managing cross functional deliverables including software development, business implementation, & change management
•    Action Item monitoring/reporting & Project KPI Performance accountability
•    Ensure project related documents are stored and maintained in relevant locations
•    Communicating with ATS Divisions to disseminate reports and collected information
•    Gathering supporting information for project status reports
•    Program level budget, schedule, & performance ownership
•    Lead ongoing & new efforts in Data Management, Data Engineering, & Data Science including the roadmap for existing products
•    Lead & participate in Workshops to drive tangible cost savings & standardization, working with ATS segments and ATS Corporate 
•    Support VP Global procurement and Director Global Category Management on gathering data and preparing reports / presentations for upper management.
•    Ensuring that all business activities are performed with the highest ethical standards and in compliance with the ATS Code of Business Conduct
•    Adhering to all health and safety rules and procedures

Education

Post-secondary degree in business, computer science, Supply Chain Management, Accounting or equivalent.

Experience

•    2+ years of experience in an Analyst, Product manager, Project management, or Continuous Improvement / Lean Six Sigma role.
•    Lean Six Sigma yellow belt or PMP/CAPM accreditation an asset.
•    Strong analytical skills: ability to conduct in-depth industry and company research (using a variety of sources) and distill information in a succinct manner; ability to conduct detailed review of company supply chain information and develop detailed excel based supply chain models and analysis.
•    Self-Starter: ability to take initiative and work independently to enhance the data maturity of the organization. Must be able to ramp up in working knowledge of underlying data.
•    Communication: ability to prepare and clearly present/explain information so it can be understood by others, ability to transfer knowledge clearly and effectively. (German/Italian fluency is an asset)
•    Prioritizing ability to work in a fast-paced environment in an organized and thoughtful manner.
•    Conceptual understanding of Supply Chain tools and systems.
•    Excellent understanding of IT systems, tools, data structures and database architecture.
•    Must be an advanced user of Excel.
•    Knowledge of Python and SQL an asset.
•    Experience Developing BI systems (Tableau, Power BI) an asset.
•    Experience in Databricks, Apache Spark, or other cloud computing architecture an asset.

•    Assist in investigating accidents/incidents
•    Refrain from engaging in any prank, contest, a feat of strength, unnecessary running, or rough and boisterous conduct
