Skills – Genpact LLC seeks Senior Manager - Data Governance (multiple positions) in New York, NY to implement industry-leading data governance and management best practices, create and enforce data policies, resolve data quality issues, conduct data audits, manage data access and permissions, and address data modeling, data security, and data privacy. Utilize tools such as Informatica Data Quality Explorer, Collibra EDGQ, Veeva CRM, MDM, Talend Open Studio, Alteryx Designer, and DataCleaner for data profiling, data cleansing, and data matching of health care organization (HCO) and healthcare provider (HCP) and patient datasets. Develop advanced concepts and principles of customer and patient master data, particularly within pharmaceutical manufacturing or clinical data management systems. Engineer complex data governance processes and policies, identify and analyze data governance gaps and opportunities, and implement comprehensive improvement plans. Develop and deliver clear and concise documentation, including technical documents, SOPs, and work instructions. Spearhead the development and implementation of strategies to enhance customer targeting and marketing campaigns, leveraging in-depth knowledge of sales and marketing. Lead data management efforts in the realms of real-world data, clinical trials, patient data, HCP/HCO data, sales and marketing data, financial data, and product data within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sectors. Manage a team of business analysts responsible for executing assignments independently. Plan and monitor data governance projects and manage resources and deadlines effectively. Responsible for project Sprint planning and execution to ensure timely delivery of high-quality results in alignment with project goals. Analyze the data landscape and data management systems of client information management organization pertaining to the data and information of healthcare professionals to align them with business goals and objectives. Identify and assess data governance risks, and develop and implement robust data governance solutions to meet critical business needs. Collaborate with stakeholders on process improvement opportunities to refine current business landscape. Drive continuous process improvement and solutioning initiatives to gather and define business requirements, thereby enhancing overall efficiency and effectiveness.
Education – Position requires a Bachelor's degree in an Engineering (all), Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Information Systems, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field and 5 years of progressively responsible post-Bachelor's experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Foreign degree equivalents are acceptable. Position headquartered in New York, NY with placement at project sites nationally within the United States with approximately 18% of travel required. $170,373 to $205,485 per year
