Assistant Manager Data Analytics

• Conduct data analytics from various in-house repositories to highlight key risk, trends, comparisons, achievements.
• Automation of manual databases, eliminating manual working by creating queries / logics.
• Creating interactive dashboards for the Department / Group Head from various databases.
• Centralization of dispersed databases, creating standardization and maintaining dynamic repositories.
• Prepare and roll-out of Compliance Ladder for Retail Banking KPIs in a timely and efficient manner.
• Attend relevant training courses at L&D and externally (as necessary) to ‘sharpen the saw’.
• Stay informed of industry’s best practices, constantly evolving internal processes to stay ‘best in class.
• Timely complete all assigned e-Learnings.
• Espouse HBL values of customer centricity, value people, progressiveness and excellence.
• Any other task assigned by the Team Leader, Unit Head, Department Head.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree from a HEC accredited institution
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, smart-worker and results-oriented

Minimum experience: 

• At least 2 – 3 years of general banking / field related experience
• Good communication and analytical skills
