Performance Management Analyst - Data Integration Namea

Purpose of Position:
Focusing on data extraction, treatment and organization, ensuring the data bases will be properly structured for consolidation and reporting of business NAMEA's operating results and KPIs. This role involves managing the monthly managerial closing, trend process, and budget planning cycles.
Key Accountabilities:
Ensure:
- Support to the business on the financial and operational strategies.
- Ensure the integrity, security, and availability of databases, implementing best practices for data management and protection.
- Oversee the integration and management of transversal data across departments to ensure efficient, compliant processes and secure, high-performing databases that support strategic business objectives
Carry out:
- Manage the monthly managerial closing, trend process, short- and long-term planning cycle (budget).
- Support the development and control of the company’s relevant indicators (e.g., EBITDA, Working Capital, Operational Cash Generation, Sales, Service Margin, Contribution Margin, Production, Yield, IEG, CAPEX).
- Execute adjustment on data bases and SAP for better reflect the managerial results, such as accruals, provisions and reclassifications needed for the closing.

- Global Teams in Brazil, US and Mexico
Technical / Management Knowledge
Must have strong analytical skills, be highly organized, and detail oriented. Enjoy working collaboratively within a team. Have a proactive approach, with a focus on process improvement and efficiency. Possess clear and effective communication skills. Be adaptable and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Demonstrate initiative and the ability to innovate in data management and reporting processes.
- University Degree in Business Administration or equivalent education
- At least 3 years of professional experience in Business Management, Controlling or Corporate Finance
- Excellent (fluent) English skills, spoken and written; German, Dutch and Portuguese are a plus
- Very good SAP FI knowledge or other ERP system
- Advanced knowledge on MS Office applications, especially MS Excel. Power BI is plus.
- Ideally experience with Business Intelligence, Reporting & Planning Tools
- Project Management knowledge is highly desired
