Moonshot is seeking a Senior Data Product Manager to lead the development of innovative, data-driven solutions that power our performance marketing business. In this role, you’ll define the vision and roadmap for data initiatives, working closely with engineering, BI, marketing, and business development teams. Your focus will be on building reliable data integrations, streamlining infrastructure, and unlocking insights that drive revenue growth. You’ll collaborate with a BI-focused Product Manager and a dedicated team of Data Engineers and Scientists in a vibrant, high-ownership environment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, with 3+ years focused on data platforms, pipelines, or integrations.
  • Hands-on experience managing complex data flows, including third-party API integrations and manual data uploads.
  • Strong knowledge of the modern data stack, including BigQuery, AWS, dbt, and Snowflake.
  • Solid understanding of data architecture, governance, and modeling principles.
  • Working knowledge of SQL, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues efficiently.
  • Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, able to engage stakeholders across tech, business, and external partners.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative culture with high levels of ownership and autonomy.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is a plus; MBA or advanced degree is considered an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Define and lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for data products, aligning them with business goals.
  • Manage the data product backlog, ensuring clear priorities and effective sprint planning.
  • Collaborate with engineering, analytics, and internal business stakeholders (PPC, Marketing, BizDev) to translate needs into technical deliverables.
  • Work closely with other Product Managers, sharing responsibilities and ensuring cross-functional alignment.
  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept to deployment to iteration.
  • Drive API-based and manual data integrations (e.g., structured CSV ingestion), ensuring scalable and accurate data flows.
  • Provide first-level support for data issues, helping diagnose problems and coordinating resolution efforts.
  • Monitor performance, collect feedback, and implement continuous improvements to drive product and business outcomes.
  • Serve as the bridge between technical and non-technical teams, promoting transparency and collaboration.
