Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. This role will be responsible for leveraging data analytics and AI-driven insights and initiatives to enhance our HR strategies, workforce planning, and employee experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data and analytics, particularly in people metrics, as well as experience in AI, with a preference for applications within HR.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist primary area HRBP in providing strategic HR support to leaders and employees from the Technology, Finance, and Strategy teams.
- Support in delivering Objective Key Results (OKRs) related to HR commitments in line with organizational goals.
- Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports to track key people metrics, providing actionable insights for decision-making.
- Analyze workforce data to identify trends, predict future workforce needs, and inform talent management strategies.
- Collaborate with the greater ELL/Pearson HR team and business leaders to design and implement data-driven solutions that enhance employee engagement, retention, and performance.
- Utilize AI and LLM (Large Language Model) technologies to streamline HR processes and solve day-to-day challenges.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends in HR analytics, AI, and machine learning to recommend innovative solutions.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with privacy regulations when handling employee information.
- Provide training and guidance to HR teams on data literacy and AI-powered tools.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
- HR business partnering experience required, global experience preferred.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish (Speaking and Writing/Reading) is required.
- Experience in data analytics with a focus on people metrics is preferred.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Experience working with HR data sources (e.g., HRIS, ATS, engagement surveys).
- Hands-on experience with AI/LLM applications, particularly within HR functions, is strongly preferred.
- Strong skills in SQL, Python, R, or other analytical programming languages are a plus.
- Ability to translate complex data insights into clear business recommendations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
