monday.com is looking for a Senior Product Analyst (Analytics team) who will play a pivotal role in analyzing, designing, and executing strategies to enhance the analytics capabilities of monday.com. This role involves leveraging data to ensure users gain actionable insights from their dashboards and workflows, driving value through intuitive, data-driven features that empower users to make informed decisions efficiently.
Please note this is a hybrid position of 3 days/week in our London office (Fitzrovia).
About The Role
- Define and execute the strategy for monday.com’s analytics capabilities.
- Continuously track and measure KPIs to evaluate the success and impact of analytics initiatives, using findings to inform future strategies and improvements.
- Analyze and interpret large sets of data to generate actionable insights that influence product decisions and improve user experiences.
- Own and manage the analytics lifecycle, from data collection and analysis to reporting and feature recommendations.
- Work closely with the product and engineering teams to identify technical challenges and opportunities, ensuring data-driven solutions are scalable, reliable, and performant.
- Ensure that the data and insights generated are accessible and actionable for users, enhancing their ability to derive value from the platform.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration to deliver data-driven products and features that enhance the user experience on monday.com.
- Develop hypotheses, design experiments, and conduct A/B tests to measure the impact of product changes and optimize key metrics.
- Create and maintain dashboards to track product performance, monitor KPIs, and communicate insights to the team.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a similar product analyst role.
- Proficiency in SQL is essential.
- Strong storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to build productive relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of numerical data and strong business acumen; skilled in using both simple metrics and complex forecasting models effectively.
- Ability to tackle ambiguous problems and challenges with a solution-oriented approach.
- Passionate about understanding user behavior using various methods and a dedicated advocate of a user-centered approach in product development.
- Curious, independent, and rigorous with a keen eye for detail.
- Technical expertise in performing advanced analytics on large datasets using technologies such as Python, Pandas, R, and SQL.
- Nice to have: Experience in AI-driven analytics or predictive insights and/or experience working with data science models.
