Job Description

FIS Management Services, LLC seeks Data Warehouse Analyst Seniors in Jacksonville, FL to identify the fundamental business use of FIS applications and provide comprehensive analytical reporting solutions. Manage various solution approaches on in-house frameworks, creating reusable components for transient and end-state solutions. Devise automation solutions for tasks requiring manual intervention, such as an SLA reporting portal using Microsoft stack (SQL, SSIS, SSRS), and oversee project development to enhance user experience. Create descriptive and diagnostic reporting solutions for data processing, load, and reporting for FIS applications. Develop applications like SLA reporting and site reliability engineering portals to improve user experience, incorporating features like data gap management, roles and rights management, and reporting needs. Create intuitive reports and dashboards for FIS to make decisions and monitor operational and financial performance. Produce data sets and deploy them on the FIS cloud for accessibility by FIS applications. Design flows to send reports and dashboards using Microsoft’s Power Platform, with data sent daily to end users via email subscriptions. Migrate existing SSIS ETL jobs from various FIS product sources to a cloud environment using Azure ADF, developing a robust framework for data processing and loading. Build data warehouse designs for FIS application data and develop business solutions for ETL processes, improving data quality and consistency for data warehouses like Corporate Data Lake and Master Data Management. Provide solutions for the FIS data warehouse, leveraging REST APIs for back-end communication. Design end-to-end FIS solutions, develop action plans, and guide the team to improve user experience. Develop end-to-end analytical solutions using the Power Platform and cloud-based frameworks, employing SQL relational databases to construct intricate data analytical solutions. Ensure database implementation procedures comply with GDPR, PII, PCI, and other regulations. Extend project management skills by creating project plans, tracking progress, and interacting with customers, following standard project documentation. Manage end-to-end data architecture, from platform selection to designing technical architecture, developing applications, testing, and deploying solutions. Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors for smooth enterprise data system functioning. Provide technical guidance and support for the development team, acting as the primary contact for stakeholders, managing relationships, and ensuring their requirements are met throughout the project lifecycle.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field and seven (7) years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or a related occupation: utilizing various data warehousing technologies, including Reporting tools PowerBI, Tableau and SSRS, ETL tools, SQL databases, and data modeling techniques; identifying patterns and insights from large and complex data sets; creating, building, and adopting industry processes in building analytical solutions; working with SQL, Python, .Net and Java programming languages; building end to end analytical solutions using Power platform and cloudbased frameworks; utilizing SQL relational databases to build complex data analytical solutions; working with database implementation procedures to ensure they comply with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), PII (Personally Identifiable Information), PCI(Payment Card Industry) internal and external regulations; and working in an agile environment including using Rally and Jira management tools.
