Key responsibilities:

• Research and evaluate the latest AI trends, exploring their potential impact on banking.
• Partner with startups and external innovators to integrate groundbreaking AI solutions.
• Work closely with senior management to ensure AI initiatives align with the bank’s overall strategic vision.
• Lead the design, development, and implementation of AI-driven solutions across various banking functions.
• Identify and leverage opportunities to optimise processes, manage risks, and enhance the customer experience using AI technologies.

Skills we’re looking for:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of AI technologies, including LLMs, machine learning, natural language processing, and automation.
• The ability to translate AI research into practical banking solutions.
• Excellent communication skills for liaising with startups and senior management.
• A sharp analytical mind with problem-solving expertise.
• Hard-working, motivated, and proactive.
