BI Analyst (Sales and Marketing)

We are currently looking for an energetic Business Development Specialist to join our CLS organization. You will help to drive our growth by attracting new clients and developing business strategies and pitches. 

We are looking for resourceful, organized, and motivated person to increase sales, by studying internal data and market trends.

Your daily tasks:

• Conduct market research/analysis and identifying potential new clients or vertical markets for existing product portfolio and new product requirements for existing markets 
• Analyze big sets of internal sales data, to detect product / industry trends and to track growth vs targets in selected vertical markets. 
• Analyze external market data and reports to understand market share, vertical markets growth rates, positioning vs competitors 
• Analyze customer journey and supply chain structure of major target customers in order to give sales teams direction and insights. 
• Draft strategy decks about how to play and how to win in selected application focus groups 
• Work closely with staff across departments to implement growth strategies, with special interactions with Sales and Marketing teams  

What your background should look like:

• Bachelor's degree in business management, statistics, or engineering. 
• 2 - 4 years' relevant work experience in business development or business analytics roles 
• Good B2B market understanding  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English mandatory). 
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure. 
• Strong organization and project management skills. 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software (Excel, Power BI/Tableau, PowerPoint)
