What Youâll Be Doing:Â
Creating training data sets for AI models that will help improve their accuracy, fluency, coherence and/or voiceÂ
Annotating data to help AI models align with human valuesÂ
Analyzing and improving the grammar, syntax, and sentence structure of both expert generated training data and AI model-generated text to ensure it adheres to linguistic rules and conventionsÂ
Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, researchers, and software engineers to refine and iterate data setsÂ
Contributing to evolving specifications for AI-model training and data recipesÂ
Navigating a dynamic environment and adapting to shifting guidelines and flexible prioritiesÂ
Achieving target KPIs, including daily job count and average handle time per job, within specified data production windowsÂ
Requirements
Minimum QualificationsÂ
A Bachelorâs degree or higher in one of the following fields is required. Advanced degrees (Masterâs or PhD) are strongly preferred: Biology, Business, Chemistry, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering (Electronics Engineering, Materials Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Structural Engineering), History, Law, Math, Medical - Health Science, Philosophy, Physics, or PsychologyÂ
Professional or Expert level proficiency (C1/C2) in English and French.

Hourly Rate: $18.00 - $30.00 CADÂ
Hourly rates at Innodata vary depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the role, skill set, educational background and geographic location.
