Oxylabs provides many opportunities to improve various skills, from writing to programming, as well as the opportunity to work with other teams. We also track revenue, leads, and opportunities that our content brings to the website to see our work's impact. Our job is versatile; our team contributes to product launches and various events, as well as prepares case studies and content that help sales attract new customers. While our team has a lot of projects and the topics we write about are technical and complex, we work according to Agile principles. Every week is planned, and each task is prioritized so people don't feel overwhelmed. 

Your day-to-day:

• Create and proofread clear and consistent written on-site and off-site copy (for landing pages, blog, ads, emails, social media posts, videos, newsletters, etc.).
• Ensure that all content is on-brand and optimized for search and user experience.
• Work on updating and editing written copy according to feedback.
• Research and gather all necessary information to produce high-impact technical content.
• Manage content outsourcing process (communication with freelancers, briefs & proofreads).
• Collaborate with SEO, Product & Event Marketing, Performance, Design, Sales teams, and freelancers to achieve overall marketing team goals.
• Take care of content promotion and track results.

Your skills & experience:

• At least 2 years of experience in copywriting.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
• Strong research and time management skills.
• Goal-oriented and data-driven growth mindset.
• Basic understanding of SEO copywriting.
• Interest in technology and innovations.
• Proficiency in using AI tools (e.g., Claude or ChatGPT) to outline or speed up drafting the copy while maintaining the quality and brand tone of voice.
• Eagerness to learn.
• Basic Python programming skills would be a huge advantage.

Salary:

• Gross salary: 1800 - 3000 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discussing a different salary based on your skills and experience.
