YOUR ROLE

We are looking for an individual who will dedicate 50% of their efforts as a Scrum Master and the other 50% as a Data Engineer, always prioritizing Scrum Master activities.

• Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Organize and lead daily stand-ups, refinement sessions, sprint planning, sprint reviews and retrospectives.
• User story creation: gather requirements from stakeholders, write clear, concise, and comprehensive user stories.
• Prioritize and maintain the product backlog on the Azure DevOps (ADO) board.
• Work closely with the development team to understand technical challenges and requirements.
• Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Prepare and present weekly management updates.
• Monitor the status of Data Bricks jobs and ADF pipelines.
• Understand the concepts of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) and ELT (Extract, Load, Transform) processes.
• Work with Azure Cloud Services, Azure Data Factory and Python / SPARK.
• Review team monitoring reports to identify issues and create corresponding PBI´s for resolution.

YOUR PROFILE

• 5-6 years of experience as a Project Manager in a software development environment.
• Excellent understanding of the software development cycle.
• Experience in writing user stories and managing product backlog.
• Excellent communication in Spanish & English and teamwork skills
• Proficiency in creating and managing PBI´s in Azure DevOps.
• Strong understanding of Scrum principles and practices
• Experience with skills bingo and fostering T-shaped teams.
• Experience in PI planning.
• Proficiency in Python
• Strong understanding of ETL/ELT processes.
• Experience with Azure Cloud Services and Azure Data Factory.
• Focus system maintenance.

Nice to have:

• Certification in PM (Agile, Scrum, PMP)
• Background in AI, Data Science, or related fields.
