JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job Role Description

  • Analyses PPRT reports for specific job families in scope of the project and records and tracks the development of actual FTEs in the relevant tracking tool (For Example Urmeter) Collects explanations and notes on the developments.
  • Acts as a key contact person for the stakeholder in regards of FTE tracking matters. Helps to explain deviations and streamline regular reporting.
  • Oversees FTE Ramp Up Planning, track planned over hirings, and Ramp Down in retaining organizations in cooperation with transitions managers and local responsibles. Cooperates on planning outlook in the relevant file and changes towards targets based on the transition status.
  • Reports on the status of FTE Development within the scope of Global Business Services project, identifies and addresses any potential risks or issues.
  • Collects and reports HR KPI´s on monthly bases for all the GBS locations.
  • Cooperates on preparation of presentations and other materials for the Steering Committee.
  • Supports initiatives for improvements of data collection and analysis process.
  • Supports the set up and maintenance of service level agreements with GBS locations.

Profile

  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities with a focus on driving results and continuous improvement, service delivery mind-set.​
  • Excellent and proactive communication, interpersonal and influencing skills.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Professional experience in finance or in the field of data analysis is an advantage.
  • Experience with cross-cultural teams and work environment is an advantage.
  • Business fluent in English
  • Very good knowledge of MS applications, especially Excel.
