Job Description

The role - what’s you day to day going to look like?

We’re looking for a curious, detail-driven Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team and help us uncover insights that move the business forward. If you love turning complex data into clear, actionable stories and thrive at the intersection of product, operations, and customer success — this one’s for you.

What you’ll do

• Analyze large, complex datasets to uncover trends in customer behavior, product usage, and overall business performance.
• Translate business requirements into clear data questions, and insights into strategic recommendations.
• Build and maintain interactive dashboards (custom if needed!) using tools like Looker or Tableau to increase stakeholder visibility.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries to extract and analyze data across multiple databases.
• Automate and improve weekly reporting processes, reducing manual work and boosting efficiency.
• Collaborate with Customer Success to prepare cleaned, customized datasets and summary statistics.
• Work cross-functionally with Product and Ops teams to translate SLAs and data issues into meaningful internal and external actions.

Qualifications

What you bring

• A strong foundation in data analysis, machine learning, and statistical modeling.
• Experience cleaning, exploring, and analyzing datasets. Predictive modeling experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, Python, and BI tools like Looker or Tableau.
• Excellent storytelling and data visualization skills.
• A customer-focused mindset: you can translate complex insights into narratives that resonate.
• Experience working across teams and contributing to operational processes (QA testing, data integration, SLA impact assessments, etc.).

Nice-to-haves

• Experience integrating reporting files to S3 or working with large enterprise clients.
• Background in analyzing the impact of bot/data quality issues.
