Senior Manager, Enterprise Data Solutions is responsible for overseeing the deployment of robust, scalable data pipelines, systems, and solutions to enable data-driven decision making across the organization. This role will create the unified view of the Customer (Customer 360) to enable and accelerate our Guided Omni program. The Senior Manager, Enterprise Data Solutions leads a team of highly skilled contributors such as data engineers and analysts responsible for building, integrating, managing, and enhancing data infrastructure including ELT/ETL (Extract/Transform/Load) pipelines, data warehouses, data marts, data lakes and self-serve reporting platforms. They support the AVP, Data to establish sound data engineering best practices, methodologies, and processes, recruit and develop top data engineering talent to cultivate and sustain a high-performing team. 

 

How you will create impact:

  • Partner with different business, product, and data teams to create a clear, concise plan to deliver and build data products to support digital, martech, reporting and analytics.
  • Partner with business and technology stakeholders to identify and prioritize client centric data initiatives that address business challenges and support business value creation by influencing the client strategy.
  • Lead the design and build of data integration, curation and reusability of data for all customer centric initiatives.
  • Support a team of data engineers and analysts responsible for building, integrating, managing, and enhancing data infrastructure including ELT/ETL pipelines, data warehouses, data marts, and data lakes.
  • Build capabilities to enable the OMNI channel strategy and enhance customer experience around sales and service.
  • Drive insights capabilities for contact center, customer centric and personalization initiatives.
  • Collaborate with BI and other analytics teams to drive adoption of these capabilities.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends related to data capabilities such as data mesh/fabric, AI/machine learning, cognitive artificial intelligence, to drive innovation and improve data-driven business outcomes

To join our team:

  • A university degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field is required.
  • Preferred advanced degree in Management Analytics.
  • Preferred master’s degree in computer science, Statistics, Data Science and Analytics or a related field.
  • 6-10 years of progressive experience in Data and technology leadership roles, with a proven track record of successfully implementing data-driven solutions at the enterprise level.
  •  Experience in creating a unified view of the customer to drive customer centricity and enable personalization, digital and customer analytics

  • Experience leading teams of direct reports

  • Strong technical understanding of all delivery methods and platforms and their use and purpose.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal – able to present ideas to senior level audiences, and a diverse audience. Proficient at turning complex concepts into relevant messages for the audience.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with an ability to influence, motivate, lead, inspire and accomplish work objectives and deliverables through a diverse team.
  • Resolve situations requiring analytical, interpretative, evaluative and/or strategic thinking.
  • Demonstrated experience with a track record of being an effective change leader within a department or team.
  • Participate with peers within the organization to make decisions and take actions with joint responsibility and accountability for various project streams within the program.
  • Strong understanding of data engineering, data architecture, governance, data privacy, and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Understanding of all data & some analytic functions across the organization and how to leverage teams to deliver solutions to the business.
  • Proficient in Data Skills like Python, Spark, Power BI and Azure native toolkit. (Databricks, ADF, Azure ML)
