About This Role:
We’re looking for a seasoned Salesforce Architect who can operate with a high degree of autonomy and thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments. In this role, you’ll work directly with stakeholders across the business to understand their needs and design scalable solutions that support both immediate goals and long-term growth. You should be comfortable translating complex requirements into clear, actionable designs with minimal oversight. Startup experience is a strong plus. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys owning the full lifecycle of Salesforce solutions, from solutioning to implementation. Salesforce administration certifications are strongly preferred.
What You’ll Do:
- Partner with stakeholders across business units to understand operational challenges, gather requirements, and deliver well-architected Salesforce solutions that align with both current needs and long-term strategy
- Design, document, implement, and test scalable Salesforce architecture with a focus on performance, maintainability, and cross-functional usability
- Guide the integration of AI-driven tools—both native (e.g., Salesforce Einstein) and external LLMs—into the platform to enhance automation, insights, and user experience
- Develop and advocate for a strategic vision of the Salesforce platform that supports growth, data integrity, reporting, and organizational efficiency
- Manage and continuously improve Salesforce administration across multiple business units, ensuring governance, consistency, and effective use of platform capabilities
- Evaluate and implement Salesforce plugins and ecosystem tools (e.g., Dayback, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud), with experience in tools like Jotform or Youreka considered a plus
About You:
- You’re a strong collaborator and communicator, able to work closely with both technical teams and business stakeholders to drive outcomes.
- You’re passionate about solving problems and take pride in building solutions that are elegant, effective, and user-friendly.
- You excel in environments where you have the autonomy to chart a path forward, even when the destination isn’t fully defined.
- You’re versatile and unafraid to solve challenges at any level—whether that means shaping high-level architecture or refining the details of a flow or data model.
- You approach your work with curiosity, humility, and a drive to make the tools and teams around you better.
- You have deep, hands-on experience with Salesforce administration, including designing and maintaining flows, configuring complex automations, and working with Apex code when needed to extend platform capabilities.
Skills/Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience working with Salesforce across multiple business units or functions
- Proven ability to define and drive the strategic roadmap for Salesforce systems—designing data structures, leading integrations, and delivering solutions that enable key business outcomes
- Experience integrating Salesforce with other business systems and platforms, including APIs, middleware tools, and third-party apps
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Platform App Builder, Architect) are preferred
- Familiarity with AI-driven tools (e.g., Salesforce Einstein or LLM integrations), telephony systems, or apps such as Youreka, Jotform, Zapier, Workato, Gridbuddy, or Drive Connect is a plus
