Estimated Starting Salary Range for Knowledge Data Manager: $110K-115K
Pay commensurate with experience.

Knowledge Data Manager Responsibilities Include:
- Submit BUILDER information for all major facility components into government tracking system.
- Knowledge of Large, complex projects that may include facility construction, repair, restoration, and modernization of airfield, industrial, laboratory, housing, dormitory, and administrative, Enhanced Use Leases, Public Private Partnerships (P3), Public Public-Private Partnerships (P4) facilities; MILCON; FSRM; UMMC; mission bed-down; and community support.
- Provides customer interface receiving and processing base-wide work requests for preventative and sustainment and corrective maintenance work to prevent and/or mitigate life, health, and safety hazards and/or maintain base operational effectiveness.
- Integrates and synchronized operations flight work force for demand maintenance/customer service by receiving, reviewing, and processing work order requests via NexGen IT system and telephone.
- Ensures the validity of the request prior to assigning work priority. Determines the capabilities of shop personnel and current workflows. Tracks and coordinates work orders from conception to completion ensuring that requirements are properly routed; labor, materials, and contract service costs are accurately charged and recorded; and work orders are marked completed and closed.
- Receives and vets work clearance requests, utility outage requests, and utility connection permits submitted by contractors and base customers. Reviews each requirement to ensure the maps, statement of work, and all required signatures are provided prior to executing the request process. Ensures that all documents are accurate and complete to route for processing and approval. Updates work clearances and outage request trackers to monitor and deliver proper notification of utility outages.
- Inputs, audits, and analyzes data entered in NexGen IT for data accuracy— optimizing work activities and maintenance analysis. Reviews, exports, analyzes, and compiles data from NexGen IT for visual aids and work progress reviews. Provides data to leadership to improve operations efficiency and effectiveness by compiling PowerPoint presentations for weekly Ops Update meetings.
- Receives, reviews, and processes all civil engineering work requirements to ensure scope and coordination requirements are valid, complete, and organized prior to routing to coordinating agencies and presentation to the Work Request Working Group. Works closely with contractors, base customers, and facility managers to ensure work requests and utility connections and outages are properly coordinated and tracked. Photocopies, scans, and files all requests and applications to ensure ease of accessibility and retrieval. Provides reports to the Operations Flight leadership for review of all planned activities. Routes various requests for shop support via email and coordinating agencies for review, determination of requirements, and scheduling. Monitors the routing of submitted applications to completion and contacts customers for pick-up.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
Knowledge Data Manager Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:
- 5+ Years experience in tracking Govt Facility Construction, Maintenance, Repair, and Modernization assets
- Bachelors Degree in related field, preferred
- Experience in NexGen IT preferred.
- Superior time management skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Knowledge of Air Force and Department of Defense corporate processes.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Organizations skills.
- Ability to multitask.
- Knowledge of AF Records Information Management System (AFRIMS).
- Knowledge of AFMAN 33-363.
- Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal
