What You Will Do:

• Design, implement, and continuously improve systems for data ingestion, processing, storage, sharing, and customer engagement, including CRM, servicing channels, and sales tools.
• Ensure seamless integration and data synchronization across various systems and components to support efficient and reliable operations.
• Uphold high standards of quality, security, availability, and performance in all solutions, following industry best practices.
• Perform code reviews, participate in technical discussions with engineering teams
• Assist and guide business stakeholders in Data and Customer related challenges
• Perform tests, troubleshoot software, fix defects
• Get expertise in variety of bank's business processes and products
  
• Be part of a cross functional Agile development team - or just Agile team
  
• Work in international environment

What We Expect: 

• Hands-on experience in software development (as advantage Java, Python)
  
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure) and container orchestration (e.g. Kubernetes, Docker)
  
• Hands-on experience with solution integrations (e.g. real-time, message-based, event-driven)
  
• Experience with SQL database technologies, NoSQL databases as an advantage
  
• Experience with test automation
  
• Experience with DevOps processes and tools, infrastructure as a code and security best practices
  
• Experience within Customer business domain as an advantage
• Ability to take responsibildity and ownership
• Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level
