Job Description

Join our team as a Data Analytics Associate Manager and drive impactful decision-making through innovative data optimization and analytics. This role is ideal for an analytical leader passionate about data quality, advanced analytics, and financial markets. Use your expertise in SQL, Power BI, and financial analysis to transform data into strategic insights and enhance our Investment Finance capabilities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure Data Quality and Governance: Develop and implement data governance processes to maintain high standards of data quality, ensuring reliability and accuracy.

  • Master Data Management: Maintain centralized databases, Power BI datasets, and calculations for consistent and accurate data.

  • Create Dynamic Reports: Design and manage Power BI reports and dashboards for clear visualizations and analytics.

  • Lead Innovative Projects: Drive data optimization and analytics projects to enhance strategic decision-making and improve Investment Finance capabilities.

  • Drive Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends and leverage new technologies to improve data analytics capabilities.

  • Transform Data into Insights: Use SQL, Power BI, and financial analysis to convert complex data sets into actionable insights.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with business stakeholders to translate technical concepts into business implications, manage integrated multi-track projects, and effectively communicate data analysis.

  • Mentor and Develop Talent: Guide and mentor team members, fostering continuous learning and development.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • This role includes supervisory duties, managing and mentoring a team of Data Analysts.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degrees preferred

  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in data analytics, finance, or a related field

  • Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered

CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

  • None required; relevant certifications (CFA, CPA, data analytics certifications) are advantageous

FUNCTIONAL SKILLS

  • Adaptable to broad parameters in complex situations

  • Advanced knowledge of financial markets and financial analysis

  • Excellent oral and written communication

  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills

  • Effective organizational and time management

  • Skilled in managing and coaching others

  • Experienced in handling multiple projects and teams simultaneously

  • Proficient in decision-making and problem-solving

  • Persuasive in advocating positions and driving change

  • Capable of managing multiple priorities in fast-paced, dynamic environments

  • Expert in SQL and Power BI; experience with Workiva is preferred

Compensation

Compensation offered for this role is $92,560.00 - 166,465.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
