Summary

As a Senior Software Engineer on our engineering team, you'll be at the forefront of creating the enterprise-scale platform service that forms the backbone of our AI ecosystem. Your work will directly enable developers to build and deploy sophisticated AI applications. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable, robust solutions that expand the capabilities of our platform.

What You’ll Do:

• Design and implement microservices and APIs for ML model deployment, inference, and management
• Develop and maintain scalable Kubernetes-based platform solutions to support growing ML infrastructure needs
• Partner with product teams to understand developer needs and translate them into technical solutions
• Research emerging ML trends and incorporate new technologies into our ecosystem

What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of professional software development experience
• Strong understanding of CI/CD practices and tools
• Extensive Kubernetes expertise such as Customer Resources and Operators, autoscaling, Helm Charts.
• Strong background in system design using Python and industry standard Python frameworks including API development, object oriented programming, security, and high-availability patterns, etc.
• Proven expertise with one or more cloud providers including AWS, Google Cloud or Microsoft Azure 
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
• Strong experience mentoring junior engineers and implementing best practices
• Positive work attitude and enthusiasm for tackling complex challenges

What Will Make You Stand Out:

• Masters in Computer Science, or other STEM related fields
• Open-source contributions to software community projects
• Hands-on experience with LLMs serving
• Understanding of LLM systems and RAG architecture
• Understanding of AI Models, LLMs, and Agentic AI application architectures
• Familiarity with Anaconda's product ecosystem

The US base salary range for this role is $131,500 ~ $227,625 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed in each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations.

Within the range, individual compensation is determined by various factors, including work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter will provide more specific details on the salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
