You will be in CX Data & Insights team supporting the community, retail, and inside sales programs, being able to interact with stakeholders from all over the world and generate business impact.
The successful candidate must be able to Analyze complex datasets, conduct broad and deep-dive analysis, identify key insights and present findings to team and senior leadership and cross-functional teams to align analytics with strategic goals.
Role Responsibilities
- Analyzing complex datasets to extract actionable insights and inform business strategies.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to identify business challenges and provide data-driven solutions.
- Implementing advanced analytical methods and tools to enhance data processes.
- Developing automatizations to optimize efforts spent on reports and dashboards.
- Presenting findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Alerting the organization on relevant developments and main opportunities detected through reporting and data-driven monitoring of customer-centric KPIs.
- Acting as a mentor to junior team members, fostering growth and knowledge sharing.
Role Qualifications
- With 2-3 years experience in roles providing data-driven insights to organizations (Business Intelligence, Business Analytics, Data Science, Finance, Strategic Planning, Business Consulting)
- Preferred Background: Bachelor in Mathematics, Engineering, Actuarial science, Computer science, Finance, Economics, and other affine disciplines
- Work planning and execution under limited guidance;
- Independent decision making under established processes.
- Strong ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Required: Excel, advanced SQL, Python
- Fluent English speaker.
