Position Summary...

Walmart is currently seeking a Group Director, Data Analytics, to lead teams within the IROCC (Investigative Risk and Operational Compliance Center) primarily supporting the investigative mission and response to various government requests. This position will lead teams of advanced data analysts, investigative managers, and others who leverage data to proactively spot risk and help solve complex problems related to internal/external investigations, regulatory compliance, and law enforcement requests for assistance.

You and your teams will use advanced data analysis, modeling, machine learning, statistical analysis, and interactive dashboards to solve specific problems and proactively analyze patterns, anomalies, and trends to spot risk. You and your teams will collaborate internally with multiple stakeholders including, but not limited to, Global Investigators, Compliance, Legal, and other business partners to address identified risks.

The successful candidate will understand how data analytics are leveraged as an integral part of an investigative workplan, have an ability to see the big picture, a strong relationship orientation, and proven business partnership skills. This person will be a self-starter who is passionate about discovering and solving complicated problems, learning complex systems, and organizing and communicating data and reports. The individual in this capacity will operate at multiple levels—contributing to conceptual strategy development and getting into the details of the analytics and building and leading teams of talented analysts and investigative managers.

· You have strong interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrated ability to simplify complex technical concepts and tailor messaging to the proper audience both internally to stakeholders and externally to government agencies.

· You have demonstrated investigations experience combined with broad technical expertise leveraging data and analytics and are comfortable advising on how to best use analytical tools and techniques in support of the investigative mission.

· You have experience overseeing the use of various visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI) and creation/management of advanced dashboards that can function and evolve at scale.

· You are passionate and knowledgeable about data products, platforms (GCP Big Query, NoSQL, Alteryx, Dataiku, Tableau Prep) and emerging technologies and analytics methods to improve/enhance team capabilities in an evolving tech landscape.

· You have excellent judgment and the ability to interface with and influence senior executives.

· You have a demonstrated aptitude for strategic thinking and proven ability to identify and communicate data insights clearly; translate insights into actionable recommendations.

The annual salary range for this position is $160,000.00-$320,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Arts, Finance or related field and 7 years'
experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or related field. Option 2: Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Economics,
Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field and 5 years' experience in data analysis, data science,
statistics, or related field. Option 3: 9 years' experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or related field.
4 years' supervisory experience
