We are seeking a skilled Data Scientist to collect, analyze, and process large datasets, leveraging machine learning and statistical techniques to drive business insights. The ideal candidate will develop predictive models, optimize data pipelines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data-driven solutions into business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, process, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources to uncover actionable insights.
• Develop and implement machine learning models, predictive analytics, and statistical algorithms to address business challenges.
• Work closely with engineering, product, and marketing teams to incorporate data-driven solutions into decision-making processes.
• Optimize data models and pipelines for efficiency, scalability, and high-performance data processing.
• Present insights through compelling data visualizations and reports to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Stay current with the latest AI/ML advancements and apply relevant technologies to solve business problems.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years in data science, machine learning, or analytics roles.
• Programming: Proficiency in Python or R, with expertise in libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
• Database Management: Strong SQL skills for handling large datasets.
• Cloud & Data Engineering: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and data engineering tools (Spark, Hadoop, Airflow).
• Data Visualization: Proficiency in tools like Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib, and Seaborn.
• Problem-Solving & Communication: Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights.
