As a Data Analyst II on our Marketing team, you will leverage your strong analytical skills, familiarity with marketing metrics, and experimental frameworks to drive decision-making and optimize marketing channels. You will partner with marketing leads, product managers, data engineers, and other data professionals to help us better understand the effectiveness of our initiatives, uncover insights for optimization and growth, and ultimately improve how we engage with educators, parents, and learners around the world.

Your Impact
Work proactively with marketing leaders to analyze campaign performance, channel ROI, and user acquisition funnels. Provide recommendations that inform our marketing investments and help shape the broader marketing strategy.
Use analytical techniques to uncover user behaviour insights, optimize marketing messaging, and enhance our marketing initiatives across different channels.
Design, execute, and evaluate statistically sound experiments to assess the impact of marketing strategies. Provide high-quality insights that help the team fine-tune campaign elements for the best results.
Improve data accessibility for the marketing organization by building and maintaining dashboards that track key KPIs—ensuring stakeholders can quickly visualize performance, spot trends, and discover actionable insights.
Champion data quality & best practices, collaborating closely with data teams and marketing teams to maintain data accuracy across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Youtube).
Translate data findings and statistical models into clear, concise insights tailored for non-technical audiences. Help guide marketing and cross-functional teams to make informed, data-driven decisions.
Uphold knowledge of best practices in marketing analytics to elevate the entire organization’s understanding. Collaborate with diverse teams—data scientists, product managers, marketing managers, etc.—to champion a culture of data-driven decision-making.
About You
3+ years of experience in marketing analytics and experimentation, translating insights into strategic improvements and measurable business outcomes.
Proven track record of supporting key decisions through channel attribution, forecasting, and robust A/B testing.
Passionate about using analytics and experimentation paired with strong organization and time management skills to drive impact in fast-paced marketing environments.
Skilled in cross-channel measurement techniques (MMM, MTA, web analytics), experimental design (lift and geo testing), and digital attribution methods.
Proficient in SQL for querying large datasets and extracting insights; working knowledge of Python/R for statistical analysis and automation.
Familiar with event tracking platforms such as Facebook and YouTube, and knowledgeable in digital tagging/tracking across web and app environments.
Experienced in building marketing performance dashboards using tools like Tableau, Looker, and Sigma.
Strong understanding of customer behaviour, conversion funnels, and KPIs across channels, including paid search, social, and email.
Excellent communicator who distills complex analytics into actionable insights for marketing stakeholders. Highly collaborative and open to feedback to continuously refine processes and outputs.
Bonus Points
Experience in Cloud Ecosystems: Familiarity with AWS or GCP for data storage and analytics.
Intermediate Experimentation & Modelling: Experience with attribution modeling, advanced forecasting, and data science techniques.
Spark & Distributed Computing: Comfort working with large datasets using Spark or similar technologies.
Non-traditional Background: We value diverse paths into the analytics field.
