Our client, an important player in the industry, is currently seeking a skilled Data Architect to review and improve their Reference Data Management (RDM) solution within the Master Data Management (MDM) scope. This role involves analyzing the current situation, identifying challenges, and providing recommendations for future evolution of the RDM solution.

Missions

  • Evaluate the current solution and provide a comprehensive overview of the situation.

  • Identify and document pain points and challenges in the existing RDM framework.

  • Recommend alternative solutions based on the evaluation of current and evolving RDM needs.

  • Develop a detailed blueprint of the target solution.

  • Define a roadmap to guide the transition to the target solution.

  • Collaborate with the Data Governance team within the Data Office and the MDM delivery team within IT.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.

  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in Data Architecture.

  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills to complete job requirements successfully.

  • Ability to organize and present statistical information to management.

  • Experience working with sensitive private and personal data.

  • Strong decision-making abilities and the capability to explain processes and choices as required.

  • Proficiency in using necessary databases and software tools.

  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, particularly in client interactions.

  • Exceptional multitasking and task management capabilities to meet multiple deadlines.
