About the Team:
As a Business Intelligence Manager, you will be part of the Pandora North America Strategy Function and lead a team of 2-3 analysts to empower the organization with actionable insights that drive business performance and enable strategic decisions. You’ll own the cross-functional reporting structure, aligning KPIs with business goals and ultimately driving incremental commerciality.
Part of your role will be tracking progress toward long-term goal, formalized in our NAM Ignite 3.0 Strategy. Using data to identify risks and deviations, you’ll perform root cause analyses, propose targeted solutions to keep the business on course, including consistent follow-ups on completion and efficacy of actions.
Through consistent collaboration across functions and with global partners, you'll enable enhancements to data pipelines and platforms, ensuring analytical needs are met. You’ll also champion process improvement, adopt emerging technologies, and foster a resilient, high-performing team committed to delivering impact through insights.
Your role as a Business Intelligence Manager,
- Lead the Business Intelligence function, including talent management and setting and delivering individual and team goals.
- Effectively communicate data, insights, and actionable recommendations to the broader organization to drive strategic impact and meet financial targets.
- Develop and maintain the reporting structure for Pandora NAM, ensuring consistent alignment between business goals, KPIs, and success criteria.
- Conceive, manage, and prioritize requests for changes in the data pipeline, ETL processes, and other platforms required to meet analytical needs in North America, collaborating with global partners as needed.
- Identify and utilize emerging technologies to devise strategies and solutions that enhance business productivity
- Partner with the Business Development Manager on quantitative analyses (using internal and external data) to set targets, track progress towards strategic goals (Ignite 3.0), and measure the effectiveness of proposed actions.

- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in mid-to-senior analyst roles within analytics, business intelligence, data science, or a similar area.
- Leadership experience is expected – candidates from senior role, with coaching experience will be considered
- Solid knowledge of SQL, Python, R, or other ETL/programming tools.
- Proficiency with data visualization tools, particularly Power BI.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with global teams, embracing diversity and learning with it.
- Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and data-driven, with the ability to work with large datasets while maintaining focus on business objectives.
- Collaborative relationship-builder who acts with pragmatism, purpose, and consideration.
- Comfortable navigating opposing ideas and capable of articulating a point of view while remaining open to feedback and learning.
- Proactively understands the stakeholder landscape and communicates effectively with key parties.
- Ability to synthesize critical aspects of complex decisions and communicate them clearly and concisely.
- Strong sense of urgency, with the ability to (re)prioritize, manage ambiguity, and drive clarity without causing overdrive.
- Advocate for process improvement, committed to optimizing, mistake-proofing, and automating routines where possible.

The Pandora North America team in the USA & Canada consists of more than 115 employees working at our offices in New York & Baltimore, more than 80 in our Logistics Center in Columbia, Maryland, an additional 100 in field positions, and more than 3,900 in our owned and operated stores.
Today, the USA is Pandora’s single largest market. The Pandora North American region as a whole encompasses over 1,400 points of sale, including over 420 concept stores, with more than 300 being owned and operated by Pandora.
