Your Role & Contribution

• Design, develop, and maintain the backend systems powering our AI-driven applications using C#, SQL,NonSQL and modern backend technologies.
• Build APIs and data pipelines that support AI models, real-time analytics, and intelligent features.
• Collaborate with AI and data teams to deploy machine learning models and integrate them into backend services.
• Translate product requirements into robust and scalable backend architectures.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, following best practices and development standards.
• Conduct unit tests, participate in code reviews, and ensure high-quality code delivery.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex issues, optimize performance, and ensure backend reliability.
• Collaborate with frontend developers for seamless integration of backend services into user interfaces.
• Contribute to Agile processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Use version control tools like Git to manage the codebase and collaborate across the team.
• Apply Test-Driven Development (TDD) practices to build stable and reliable systems.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Solid experience with .NET C# and both relational and non-relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, MongoDB).
• 2+ years of experience developing business or enterprise-grade applications.
• Experience working with or supporting AI workflows, model deployment, or intelligent features is a strong plus
• Understanding of scalable architecture and backend best practices.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, service integration, and asynchronous processing.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Proficient with Git and version control workflows.
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
• Strong team player with a proactive mindset and a passion for learning.
