Your team

You will be part of the high-profile Quality Assurance Regulatory Transaction Reporting C&A team. This team is integral to the Regulatory Transaction Reporting group, based in Krakow and Wroclaw, and collaborates closely with teams in London and Zurich. You will have significant exposure to other global RTR teams as well as client-focused teams.

Your expertise

You have:
• a university degree, preferably in Finance / Economics
• minimum of three years of experience in financial services
• experience in Audit/Operational Risk and Control in financial industry
• ability to multi-task and good problem solving skills
• sound understanding of Risk – operational, reputational
• basic understanding of regulatory landscape.

You are:
• a great communicator with fluency in English
• inquisitive with analytical and risk-aware mindset
• preferably equipped with knowledge of investment bank products, trade life cycle, and trade booking models
• self-motivated and proactive team player, who takes ownership and accountability of projects, has strong organizational skills as well as the ability to effectively manage competing priorities
• able to work well under pressure in a team environment
